About Mazomanie/Black Earth

These two neighboring towns, just miles apart, share schools and other resources. Both appreciate the beauty of their surroundings, built in the lovely hills of the Driftless Area and a short jaunt from the Wisconsin River. Mazomanie and Black Earth offer at least 2 subdivisions in each community where there has been a significant amount of new construction with room to grow.

Splash Into Fun

In 2017, the Wisconsin Heights Community Splash Pad opened in Lions Park. It’s part waterpark, part play area, and all fun for children of any age. The growth these communities have seen have definitely been able to keep this fun new feature busy on those hot Wisconsin summer days.

Rolling Hills & Riverside

There are bountiful estates with plenty of acerage spread throughout the rolling hills of the Mazomanie and Black Earth areas. If you’re looking for views of the water, you don’t have to look far in Mazomanie to find the Wisconsin River. Homes line the riverway, whether they are seasonal cabins or all year round settled in homes, the residents can be just steps from having their toes dipped in the rushing water of the River.
